摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing experience of 2 cases liver abscess patients with anaphylactic shock caused by intravenous drip vitamin K1. Methods 2 cases liver abscess diagnosed in our hospital were selected, and patients were given 0.9% saline 100 ml + vitamin K1 30 mg intravenous drip, after treatment, the patients happened to dif erent symptoms of anaphylactic shock, and both were given cor esponding treatment in time, stable vital signs. At the same time, the author analyzes the reasons of drip vitamin K1 to anaphylactic shock, and giving guidelines. Results Two patients were given 5 mg dexamethasone intravenous injection, ecg monitoring measures, after 30 minutes, patient's symptoms was improved, presenting smooth breathing, there is no special change condition for 1 hour. Conclusion Vitamin K1 injection in using process, we should pay at ention to closely monitor patients with signs, completes promptly anaphylactic shock prevention measures to prevent adverse reactions occur.关键词
