Abstract
Objective Discussion how to improving the col ection rate of infant urine and feces specimens in 72 hours. Methods 120 infants hospitalized were randomly divided into 2 groups which were numbered sequential y, the odd numbers were the control group used conventional education, even numbers were contrast group used the method of organization training, process improvement, strengthen propaganda and personalized reminder based on conventional education. Observe the col ection rate of infant urine and feces specimens in 72 hours. Results The col ection rate of infant urine and feces specimens in 72 hours of observation group was higher than the control group, the dif erence was statistical y significant. Conclusion The col ection rate of infant urine and feces specimens improved by the improved method, and these can improve nursing satisfaction and quality of medical records.关键词
