Abstract
Objective Learn the status, major obstacle or factors restricting to the development of translational medicine, and formulate the possible solutions in a 3rd grade class A hospital. Methods Through looking up literature, having an interview with relevant experts and sending questionnaires to understand the cur ent problems and possible solutions of translational medicine in the hospital. Conclusion Cur ently there are many problems in the hospital, so the staf should establish the right concept of translational medicine and the hospital should establish the operation mechanism of integrated medical-teaching and research.关键词
