抗结核核药物致超敏反应综合症5例临床分析
Clinical Analysis of 5 Cases of Anti Tuberculosis Drug Induced Hypersensitivity Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective To characterize the clinical characteristics of drug hypersensitivity syndrome(DHS) caused by anti-TB medicine.Methods Retrospectively analysis the clinical characteristics of 5DHS caused by anti-TB medicine Patients admit ed into Tianjin hai he hospital duri ng June 2012 t o A2014.And the occurrence pat erns of DHS were summarized.Results There were 3 males and 2 females with anage rangeof 18 to 47 years.A1l cases developedskin rashes with fever within 15 to 60 days (n=5).Lymphadenopathy was observed (n=2), facial swel ing Was also appeared (n=3). Eosinophilia Was observed in al cases (n=5).Liver involvement was common (n=5).Glucocorticoids were applied in al cases (n=5).The clinical outcomes included discharging with recovery (n=4),and transfer to another hospital(n=1).Conclusion The clinical manifestations of DHS caused by anti-TB medicine are complicated.IF early detection and treatment with good results.关键词
