摘要
Abstract
Objective To observate the ef icacy and safety of Supplemented Reversed Powder and Tretinoin cream for treatment on Acne Vulgasis.Methods Choose to conform the requirement of 100 cases of Acne Vulgaris patients,randomly divided into two groups;50 cases of treatment group,give Supplemented Reversed Powder for 2 times a day,control group 50 cases,give the western medicine of Tretinoin Cream A treatment for 1 time A day.Two groups of treatment are 4 weeks.Results By comparing the two groups after treatment 4 weeks,counts of skin lesion,the degree of skin lesions,clinical symptoms to sum up,the treatment group was significantly bet er than the control group( ﹥0.05).Drup adverse reaction comparison results in both groups,treatment group was significantly lower than the control group( ﹥0.05).Conclusion The Supplemented Reversed Powder is sate and ef ective drug for treatment of Acne Vulgaris,worth clinical application.关键词
