Abstract
Objective To study the relationship of urinary TRF dif erent studies in patients with pulmonary disease,mAlb,β2-MG andα1-MG levels and tuberculosis, so clearly these indicators for joint detection of tuberculosis diagnosis.Methods Hospital for treatment of tuberculosis randomly selected 117 patients,divided into non-active tuberculosis group 69 cases,48 cases of active tuberculosis;elect 40 patients qualified by examination as a healthy control group. Adoption rate measured scat ering nephelometry nephelometry TRF immunity was measured by U-mAlb,β2-MG levels by radioimmunoassay,using immunoassay α1-MG levels nephelometry.Results Active TB group compared with the control group,active tuberculosis group and non-group active tuberculosis,urinary TRF, mAlb,β2-MG andα1-MG levels were significantly increased,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( ﹤0.01). Pre-treatment with active tuberculosis compared urinary TRF active tuberculosis after treatment,mAlb,β2-MG andα1-MG levels were significantly reduced,the results were significant dif erences ( ﹤0.01).Non-active and active tuberculosis tuberculous group combined urine TRF,mAlb,β2-MG and α1-MG,inactivity alone urine TRF,mAlb, active individual urine TRF,mAlb,β2-MG and α1-MG,a few were detected compared with the control group were statistical y significant cor esponding index( ﹤0.05).Conclusion Combined urine TRF,mAlb,β2-MG andα1-MG levels has important implications for the diagnosis of tuberculosis.关键词
