Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast cancer,and to summarize the cause of misdiagnosis.Methods 75 cases of breast cancer confirmed by pathology were selected,and the color Doppler features were analyzed retrospectively,and color Doppler flow spectrum and cor elation resistance index were analyzed. Results 63 cases were diagnosed by ultrasonic,the rate of diagnosis was 84%,6 cases were biopsy(8%),2 cases were misdiagnosed as benign(2.7%)and 4 cases were undetermined(5.3%).Conclusion Color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis of breast cancer has a high diagnostic value,but for some lack of typical sonographic features of breast cancer early diagnosis rate is not high,with clinical signs and biopsy examination, in order to improve the early diagnostic accuracy rate.关键词
