Abstract
Objective To relieve cough,expectoration,early symptoms such as chest tightness,shortness of breath.Methods Actively give-anti-inflammatory,antitussive,antispasmodic and other treatment,good living nursing and psychological nursing,eliminate the negative emotions of anxiety,tension,fear,pessimism.Results By strengthening the observation and nursing care of patients,it can help improve the quality of life and prolong the survival period.Conclusion Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the elderly,with a long course,easy to relapse,treatment ef ect is poor,should be given active treatment,in order to obtain the patient's active cooperation.关键词
