摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing of elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia.Methods 64 cases of aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients in our department from August 2012 to July 2014 admit ed to observe its positive clinical treatment and intensive care,including primary care,psychological care according to clinical reality,respiratory tract care,oral and skin care,diet and other care and oxygen therapy.Results After individualized clinical treatment and intensive care,this group of patients cured 40 cases,ef ective 21 cases,3 cases,total ef ective rate was 95.8%. Conclusion Aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients with intensive care can ef ectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve treatment ef iciency,reduce mortality.关键词
