Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors of psychiatric nurses' working pressure and coping measures, to reduce psychiatric nurses work pressure.Methods 60 psychiatric nurses of our hospital selected and divided into intervention group and control group, 30 in each group, the control group did not take measures, the experimental group of pressure intervention measures and analysis produced by two groups of researchers in the same pressure.Results Coping with work stress in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusion Ef ective pressure and intervention measures can reduce the work pressure of nurses in psychiatric department, promote the physical and mental health of nurses in psychiatric department.关键词
