Abstract
Objective Discussion and analysis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with the results and impact of the implementation of emergency nursing.Methods From December 2013 to December 2014,the hospital treated 114 patients with upper digestive tract hemor hage in patients with clinical information,the control group received routine care and observation group in routine care of patients with acute care intervention on the basis of nursing after the end,compare the ef ectiveness of two groups of patients.Results Observation of 57 cases of patients with acute care fol owing the intervention of hemostatic ef ect of 43 cases of patients in the observation group(75.44%),12(21.05%),2 cases(3.51%).Hemostatic ef ect of 26 cases of patients in the control group(45.61%),16(28.07%), 15 patients(26.32%).Compared two groups of hemostatic ef ect was observed was significantly bet er than the control group,compared the two groups was statistical y significant( ﹤0.05).Conclusion On emergency nursing patients with hemor hage of upper digestive tract fol owing the intervention can be ef ective in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with symptoms,promote the patient's health.关键词
