宫颈癌是目前全球最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一，严重威胁着女性健康。近些年由于宫颈液基细胞学等早期普查手段的广泛应用，宫颈癌的发病率明显下降，但患者趋于年轻化，且局部晚期宫颈癌患者数目增多，因此提高患者的生存率和改善患者的预后也变的越来越重要。新辅助化疗即是在此前提下发展起来的有效治疗方法。
