Abstract
Objective To study the clinical ef ect of operation treatment for senile cholelithiasis by retrospective analysis of 52 cases of senile cholelithiasis in our hospital. Methods The suitable operation mode was selected according to the disease after diagnosis. The 31 cases were received simple cholecystectomy (OC/LC) including 13 cases of open cholecystectomy (OC) and 18 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). The 6 cases were received gal bladder fistula drainage, 5 cases of bile duct jejunum Roux-Y anastomosis and 10 cases of choledochotomy and T tube drainage. Results The patients were cured after operation treatment without death. Conclusion The senile cholelithiasis should accurately determine the condition and select the suitable operation treatment based on accurate diagnosis.关键词
