摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss ef ect of combined resection of gal bladder and appendix by laparoscopic. Methods Col ected a total of 26 cases patients with acute appendicitis from our hospital, were car ied alone laparoscopic appendectomy (appendectomy group), 22 cases patients with acute appendicitis and chronic calculous cholecystitis, were given laparoscopic gal bladder joint appendectomy(conbination group), comparing laparoscopic gal bladder joint appendix resection with laparoscopic appendectomy alone from the aspects of postoperative use of analgesics, operation time, exhaust time, length of hospital stay, and leukocyte counts. Results In 48 persons, success rate of operation was 100%. Operation time of joint group were obviously shorter than appendicitis group ( <0.05). The two groups was not statistical y dif erence from the aspects of postoperative use of analgesics, exhaust time, length of hospital stay, and leukocyte counts ( >0.05). Conclusion The ef ect of combined resection of gal bladder and appendix by laparoscopic is bet er, which was worthy of popularize.关键词
