Abstract
Objective To determine the content of polysaccharide of prepared pinel ia tuber(PTP). To study the anti-tumor ef ect. Methods The Polysaccharide in Shan dong Pinel ia Tuber(ginger) was tested. The anti-tumor ef ect of pinel ia tuber polysaccharides was studied on mice sarcoma S180, Ehrlich Ascites Cancer ( EAC). Results The content of pinel ia tuber polysaccharides was 0.2533%(n=3), Pinel ia ternata ( Thunb. ) Breit. Polysaccharide inhibited the growth of S180,EAC ( <0.05).Conclusion Pinel ia tuber polysaccharides shows anti-tumor ef ect.关键词
