Abstract
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of percutaneous vertebroplasty combine with 125I particle implantation treatment in spinal metastatic carcinoma . Methods 40 cases of patients with spinal metastatic carcinoma adopt to the system of nursing supervision and doing the preoperative health education, psythological nutritional support, In surgery closely monitored perfuse agent in the process of injecting the leakage phenomenon, close observation of vital signs, saturation of blood oxygen and the limbs activity in patients, in postoperative, close observation and actively prevent complications, to guide rehabilitation training and protection publicity and education. Results Postoperative within 12 hours all patients pain should be relieved in obviously, and no postoperative complications. Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty combine with 125I particle implantation treatment in spinal metastatic carcinoma. This method have the characteristic of minimally wound, safe, effective and easy-to-manipulate, and standardized, reasonable and effective nursing intervention can enhance the effectiveness , prevent and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
