Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ects of psychological care hepatobiliary surgery in patients undergoing surgery.Methods January 2013~December 2014 in our hospital 116 cases of hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in the control group received usual care,observe the usual care group,based on the plus throughout the perioperative mental nursing clinical results two groups were compared.Results The length of stay,complication rates,with the degree of treatment and patient satisfaction were significantly bet er than the control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <O.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing care model on hepatobiliary surgery for patients with psychological intervention can ef ectively improve the mental state and clinical patient outcomes,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.关键词
