Abstract
Objective By using methods of Quality Control Circle to improve cleaning rate of environment sanitation outside the hospital.Methods Set ing up"excel ence circle"and in accordance with nine steps of Quality Control Circle to improve cleaning rate of environment sanitation.Results With regard to environmental situation outside the hospital,the number of sanitation and hygiene issues concerning ground,advertisement and trash cans reduced to 72 from 218,the main problem occur ed outside the hospital have been decreased significantly,and the overal hospital environment has improved considerably.Conclusion Quality Control Circle activity is an ef ective method to improve the cleaning rate of environment sanitation outside the hospital,it can promote the use of improving the quality of hospital logistics management method.关键词
