PDCA循环法在住院病案归档管理中的运用
Application of PDCA Circulation Method in Medical Record Management
摘要
Abstract
To discuss the methods to improve archiving rates of medical records and put forward improvement measures.the paper apply the steps of PDCA circulation to find out the main reasons.Then, the paper take measures to improve the archiving rate,such as perfecting system,changing medical record management,transforming key items of quality control,playing the role of information system, and so on.Through comparative study,we found that the archiving rate have improved obviously.The professional quality and ability of the medical records work staf have also increased to some extent. seven-days archiving rate have achieved three grade comprehensive hospital.But,there is stil a gap about three-days and two archiving rate.关键词
