摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical outcome of primary vesicoureteral reflux in children so as to seek ef ective treatment regimens.Methods There were 56 cases of children with primary vesicoureteral reflux admit ed in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2015.Their clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.According to the severity of reflux and ages of the children,the patients were divided into four groups,and the renal function,severity of reflux,urinary tract infections of the four groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There were 4 cases lost to fol ow-up,2 cases with poor treatment compliance in the 56 cases,so the actual cases number in the study was 50.The application of antibiotics brought good results to 0~1 year old children,the medication and surgery brought good results to 1~5 years old children.Conclusion It has important significance to choose dif erent treatment regimens for the improvement of treatment ef ect according to ages and severity of reflux of the children;and the prevention of recur ent urinary tract infection,protection of renal function have value in clinical practice.关键词
