摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical ef ect of adefovir and lamivudine in treatment of hepatitis B cir hosis.Methods 96 cases were randomly selected hepatitis B liver cir hosis patients and divided into study group and control group,the control group were given lamivudine,the research group take adefovir and lamivudine treatment,compared to observe the therapeutic ef ect of the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of HBV-DNA in the two groups were decreased,but the level of HBV-DNA in the study group was more obvious,and the dif erence between the two groups was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of hepatitis B cir hosis,compared to lamivudine,adefovir and lamivudine clinical curative ef ect,can rapidly reduce the level of HBV-DNA,ef ectively improve the clinical symptoms.关键词
