摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of comprehensive nursing care in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Our Hospital of 84 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy induced oral mucositis in patients with as the research object, randomly assigned for control group (42 cases), 42 patients in the observation group, patients in control group received routine nursing care, observation group implement comprehensive nursing intervention measures, the ef ect after intervention of the two groups were analysis. Results After intervention of the two groups of patients with oral mucositis, the observation group I level in 25 cases, accounted for 59.52%, grade I in 13 cases, accounted for 30.95%;control group 8 cases of grade I, 19.05%), 7 cases in grade II, accounting for 16.67%, the dif erence is statistical y significant ( < 0.05). Conclusion Exposure to radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma cavity mucositis in patients with implementation of comprehensive nursing measures, which can ef ectively al eviate the symptoms of oral mucositis, reduce the negative emotion of patients, worthy of promotion.关键词
