Abstract
Objective To compare the ef icacy of laparoscopic regular hepatic lobectomy and open surgery in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods 62 cases of primary liver cancer patients were included the study from January 2010 to January 2013 in our hospital. According to the dif erent surgical methods the cases were divided into laparoscopic group (34 cases) and laparotomy group (28 cases).Laparoscopic group used laparoscopic regular hepatic lobectomy, and the laparotomy group used hepatic lobectomy. The ef icacy, the indexes of operation and the indexes of postoperative fol ow up were compared in two groups. Results The total ef ective rate of laparoscopic group (79.41%) was higher than the laparotomy group (52.57%), the intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative fasting time, average hospitalization time were less than the laparotomy group, the dif erences were al statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The curative ef ect of laparoscopic regular hepatic lobectomy for the treatment of primary liver cancer is bet er than laparotomy.关键词
