轻度认知功能障碍老年人认知功能与血脂水平的相关分析
Correlation Analysis of Cognitive Function and Serum Lipid Levels in Elderly Patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment

Abstract
Objective To explore the cor elation between blood lipid levels and cognitive function in MCI and normal elderly.Methods 213 community-based elderly people in Shijiazhuang were selected,which included 40 MCI and 173 normal.We assessed their cognitive function with MMSE,MoCA and ADL.Blood triglyceride (TG),cholesterol (CHOL),high density lipoprotein (HDL)and low density lipoprotein (LDL)were also examined and compared between the 2 groups.The cor elation between cognitive function and blood lipid levels was analyzed too.Results Significant dif erence was found in blood TG between the 2 groups(2.27±2.001 vs.1.54±0.853,t=3.604, <0.01).No significant dif erences were found in blood CHOL,LDL,HDL and LDL/HDL( >0.05).MMSE(r=-0.105, =0.126), MoCA (r=0.086, =0.213)and blood TG level ( >0.05).Conclusion There might be dif erence in blood TG between MCI and normal elderly but no significant cor elation was found between cognitive function and blood TG.关键词
