摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical ef icacy of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage caused by schistosoma cir hosis with Somatostatin combines Omeprazole.Methods To divide 60 patients of our hospital who contract that disease into treatment group and matched group with 30 patients each.The treatment group is adopted with Somatostatin combines Omeprazole,while the matched group is dealt with Pituitrin combines Nitroglycerin and Omeprazole.Then compare the ef icient and side ef ect of two groups.Results The ef icient of treatment group and matched group are 96.7%and 73.3%, the dif erence is statistical y significant ( <0.05);meanwhile,the side ef ect are 6.7%and 23.3%,the dif erence is statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin combines Omeprazole can control the hemor hage of upper gastrointestinal hemor hage caused by schistosoma cirrhosis ef ectively and timely.This method can improve the treatment ef icacy.关键词
