高血压患者静息心率与颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性OA
Correlation Analysis of Resting Heart Rate in Patients with Hypertension and Carotid Intima-media Thickness
目的探讨高血压患者静息心率与颈动脉内中膜厚度的关系，以研究静息心率与高血压损伤颈动脉内中膜厚度的相关性。方法选择我科2011年1月~2014年12月住院的高血压患者164例，并检测静息心率、血压、颈动脉内中膜厚度，患者的年龄、空腹血糖、血尿酸、血脂。按静息心率水平分为3组，<70 bpm为RHR1组，70~80 bpm为RHR2组，>80 bpm为RHR3组。结果三组患者的年龄、空腹血糖、血尿酸、血脂比较，差异无统计学意义>0.…查看全部>>
