Practice and Exploration of the Municipal Continuing Medical Education Programs in Beijing County Hospital
摘要
Abstract
The study based on the practice of municipal continuing medical education programs, to summarize the way and ef ectiveness, analyze the dif iculty and problem, and propose appropriate measures for improvement and recommendations. According the study, we find that the doctors and nurses are lack of knowledge and importance for the continuing medical education, the leaders and the doctors should pay more at ention to the continuing medical education, strength the concept of education for life; For the question of less approved programs, the hospital should develop some incentives to encourage the doctors to apply the continuing medical education programs;To ensure the ef ect of the training, the hospital should strengthen the system building, improve the service, and develop the scientific and rational supervision and evaluation mechanism.关键词
