Abstract
Objective Application of central venous catheters with urokinase infusion treatment of tuberculous ef usion serous cavities.Methods May 2011~2014 in February in patients with tuberculous serous ef usions our hospital,80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases.Two groups of patients were treated with combined anti-TB chemotherapy, two groups were given isoniazid 0.3 pumping fluid,dexamethasone 10mg serous cavity injection.Among patients treated with serous cavities placed through a central venous catheter after each pumping fluid injected hormones in urine,while the control group received a puncture needle into the pleural fluid extraction.Results Markedly in the treatment group,the total ef iciency,no ef iciency compared with control group,the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Central venous catheters with urokinase infusion treatment of tuberculous ef usion serous cavities definite tuberculous ef usion more thorough treatment,lower complication rates.关键词
