Abstract
Objective To analyze the associations between HUA and MS of the elderly.Methods Choose 78 cases of HUA as the experimental group in our hospital from 2013 June to 2013 December and choose 107 cases of healthy people as a normal group between the age of 40 or above to comparative and analysis total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and other indicators.Results Outcomes in hyperuricemia patients with Body Mass Index(BMI),waist hip rate(WHR),TG and TC were higher than those in normal group( <0.05).The risk factors of hyperuricemia were overweight(OR=12.013,95%CI=3.812~42.086),obesity(OR=18.201,95%CI=3.363~42.823),centrol obesity(OR=4.157,95%CI=2.527~9.724), hypertriglyceridemia(OR=2.839,95%CI=1.480~5.447)and hypercholesterdemia(OR=2.475,95%CI=1.290~4.342).Conclusion HUA is closely correlated with MS,should be early control the indicators of the MS,reducing the occur ence of the disease in patients with hyperuricemia.关键词
