Abstract
Objective To study the ef ect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods In our hospital in 2014 during January February to 2015,100 cases of stroke patients,were randomly divided into two groups by stratified sampling method,a group of super early rehabilitation intervention group (early rehabilitation group),the other group of routine nursing group (routine group).Comparison of Bartherl index,Fugl-Meyer motor function score.Results The Barthel index of early rehabilitation group (64.9±9.3),Fugl-Meyer score was (58.5±5.3),and the two indexes were significantly higher than those in the conventional group. <0.05,the dif erence was statistical y significant.Conclusion By super early rehabilitation nursing intervention,for stroke patients in recovery of daily life self-care ability is greatly improved,but also greatly reduces the motor dysfunction of patients,so as to reduce the rate of disability,reduce the recur ence rate.关键词
