摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical ef ect of calcium sulfonate capsule in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods From March 2014~2015 years 3 months from 60 cases of diabetic retinal lesions, were randomly assigned for control group (30) and observation group (30), while the control group was treated with conventional therapy, observation group were treated with calcium dobesilate capsule in the treatment group based on the control, compared two groups of clinical curative ef ect and adverse reaction. Results The total ef ective rate in the observation group was 63.33%, and the control group was 86.67%, the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, the control group was 26.67%, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Giving in to diabetic retinopathy calcium dobesilate capsule treatment, obvious ef ect, less adverse reactions, can improve the microcirculation of patients with the diabetic retinopathy delay and reversal.关键词
