摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore sevoflurane in pediatric anesthesia.Methods 88 cases were 44 cases in each group for the study,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, perineum,lower abdomen and lower limbs surgery in children.Ketamine anesthesia administered to the control group,the observation group is using sevoflurane anesthesia,two groups of children anesthesia time,recovery time,and at the time of the burglary,MAP after intubation and extubation of children,HR,and SpO2.Results Anesthesia time and recovery time observation group were less than the control group,in the burglary,MAP after intubation and extubation and HR observation group were lower than the control group,and the dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane anesthesia have a good ef ect in pediatric anesthesia.关键词
