Abstract
Objective To clarify the ef ects of supplementation of folate (FA),methylcobalamin and vitamin-B6 on the hiperhomocysteinemia.Methods 150 cases of type 2 diabetes mel itus concomitant hiperhomocysteinemia were divided into 3 groups:folate group,B group (folate,methylcobalamin and vitmanin-B6)and control group.Plasma Hcy,FA,VitB12,HbA1c,FBG,PBG,CHO,TG,levels were measured.Plasma Hcy levels was measured after four weeks of treatment.Results Before treatment there was no dif erence on the levels of Hcy and biochemical data,but after treatment the levels on Hcy was significant decreased among 2 treatment groups.The B group had lower Hcy levels than that of control group.Conclusion Supplementation of folate,methylcobalamin and vitamin-B6 may reduce the plasma Hcy levels.关键词
