Abstract
Objective To summarize the prevention and nursing measures of deep venous thrombosis in lower extremity after operation in Department of neurosurgery. Methods 206 cases of patients were selected, including 7 cases of lower extremity venous thrombosis after operation. Clinical data. The preventive nursing measures were retrospectively analyzed. Results Due to the implementation of timely treatment and appropriate prevention and nursing measures, 7 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were al cured, no complications such as pulmonary embolism occur ed. Conclusion Deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation in Department of neurosurgery is related to the age, long-term bed, blood coagulation, vascular wal damage, anatomic structure and so on. Active treatment and preventive care measures can ef ectively prevent the occur ence of DVT, reduce the occurrence of serious complications such as pulmonary embolism, reduce the rate of disability, improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
