Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef ects of evidence-based nursing intervention for children with pneumonia and the influence on quality of life.Methods 82 cases of children with pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group,each were 41 cases.Control group were treated with routine care.Research group were treated with evidence-based nursing intervention.The total ef ective rate and life quality scores of two groups were compared.Results The total ef ective rate of research group was 95.1%,which was higher than 78.0%of control group ( <0.05).The life quality scores of research group were bet er than control group ( <0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention for children with pneumonia is ef ective and safe.It can ef ectively improve the quality of life.关键词
