Abstract
Objective To apply Meek tiny flap transplantation in the treatment of large area deep burn patients, observe and evaluate its clinical ef icacy. Methods USES the Meek rol ing machine to 1:4 or 1:6 polyamide bifold gauze extension transplanted skin, compared with stamps skin grafts were used respectively to technology, the two methods of the skin flap survival rate and index compared to observe the wound healing time, etc. Conclusion Meek micro skin graft technology is the present domestic hospitals adopt a wound repair technology, save the incidence, can shorten the wound healing time, has great superiority and clinical value, become a bet er method of repair of large area deep burn wounds.关键词
