Abstract
Objective To improve postoperative pipe marking standard rate through quality control circle activity . Methods To car y out quality control circle activity, establish the activity theme of improving postoperative pipe marking standard rate,through the present situation investigation, set ing goals, analyzing reasons,formulate measures and implement. Results The postoperative pipe marking standard rate has risen from 44.4%to 81.48%after the activity, the postoperative pipe marking target yield rate get to 186.73%;Ward nurse satisfaction from 43.00%to 86.00%after activity. Conclusion Car ying out quality control circle activity can improve nursing quality and excite the work enthusiasms of staf , promote team spirit and innovation ability.关键词
