Abstract
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of pranoprofen eye drops for chronic posterior blepharitis.Methods A randomized control ed trial. Forty patients with chronic posterior blepharitis in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental and control group from October 2014 to May 2015.The experimental group was given pranoprofen eye drops combined with tobramycin eye drops and polyvinyl alcohol eye drops. The control group were given polyvinyl alcohol eye drops and tobramycin eye drops only. Al patients were usual y treated with warm compressing and washing to the eyelids. At the beginning, the 14th day and the 28th day of treatment, recorded the symptom, sign and side ef ect. Results The dif erence of the symptom and sign scores of two groups had no statistical y significant before treatment ( >0.05). The dif erence of the symptom and sign scores of the experimental group patients before treatment and 14,28 days after treatment were significant( <0.01). The dif erence of the symptom and sign scores of the control group patients before treatment and 14,28 days after treatment were significant ( <0.01);After treatment the symptom and sign scores of the experimental group had a statistical y significant decrease comparing with the control group( <0.01).Conclusion Pranoprofen eye drops can significantly improve symptoms and sign of dry patients with chronic posterior blepharitis.关键词
