摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of ThinPrep cytologic test and cel DNA quantitative detection techonology application in screening of cervical lesions. Methods Col ected 2837 cases between January 2013 and April 2014 in dalian municipal central hospital outpatient.Use TCT test the DNA quantitative detection positive people,and with biopsy histopathology diagnosis as the gold standard, analysis the value of two kinds of techonology applition in screening of cervical lesions. Results TCT detection positive rate was 2.64%, DNA test positive rate was 5.18%, the sensitivity was significantly higher than artificial reading. The coincidence rate of TCT diagnosis and DNA test results respectively with pathological histology diagnosis was 59.09% and 61.36%.Conclusion TCT combined with cel DNA test imprives not only the ef iciency of reading but also the detection of abnomal cel s, thereby reduced false negativity.关键词
