Abstract
Objective To explore the ef ect of comprehensive nursing service on the patients with type 2 diabetes ,about the level of quality of life in patients and patients' awareness of the disease, and to explore for comprehensive nursing service and provide scientific basis for type 2 diabetes care. Methods Select 60 patients with type 2 diabetes in the location of a people's Hospital, and divided the patients with the type 2 diabetes into two groups of 30 people, the experimental group was given the comprehensive nursing intervention, include the health educate, psychological intervention, dietary guidance, discharge guidance. The control group was given the normal nursing intervention .1 year later, col ect the daily living scale (ADL), and analyze the patients' fasting plasma glucose index to explore the comprehensive nursing service on the patients' level of quality of life and awareness. Results ①Patients were discharged before the fasting blood glucose levels is not statistical y significant. ( > 0.05).②The two groups of patients before discharge viability was not statistical y significant. ( > 0.05).③1 year later, the plasma glucose of the experiment group was lower than the control group ( <0.05).④1 year later, the life quality of the experiment group was higher than the control group ( <0.05).Conclusion The practice has proved that the comprehensive nursing intervention has a positive ef ect on the cognitive level and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes, and can ef ectively improve the quality of the disease.关键词
