Abstract
Objective To discuss the details of the psychological intervention in patients with abdominal CT enhancement compliance and emotional impact. Methods Wil al participate in the abdominal CT enhanced scan of patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group of normal underwent abdominal CT enhanced scan, observation group after the detail psychological intervention in patients with abdominal CT enhanced scan. Compared two groups of patients before and after abdominal CT enhanced scan compliance and emotional state changes. Results Compliance in patients with abdominal CT enhanced scan, you can see that observation group of patients and compliance of al 13 cases, 14 cases of basic compliance, 3 cases of nonadherence, the compliance rate of 90%; Basic compliance control completely the compliance of the 8 cases, 10 cases, 12 cases of nonadherence, compliance rate of 60%, the observation group of patients compliance situation is superior to control group, < 0.05. By abdominal CT enhancement scanning patients before treatment, after 1 week, after two weeks of scan SDS and SAS assessment results can be seen that ratings on patient observation group were bet er than control group, < 0.05. Conclusion For patients with abdominal CT enhancement using the detail psychological intervention can improve the compliance and improve the patient's emotional state.关键词
