摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the general existence of chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in patients with digestive system tumors, and to provide evidence for the treatment of nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy. Methods We selected 70 cases of tumor patients in our department in 2014.1 ~2014.10 and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 35 cases. Control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group in the control group to take measures on the basis of the treatment of acupoint massage, the ef icacy of the 2 groups were compared. Results 12 cases were cured;18 cases improved and 5 cases inef ective. Total ef ective rate 85.7%. Conclusion Chemotherapy induced nausea and vomiting in patients with gastrointestinal cancer is af ected by various factors, and non drug intervention, especial y in traditional Chinese medicine, plays an increasingly important role in strengthening the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of digestive system tumors.关键词
