Abstract
Development of modern information technology has greatly promoted the construction of digital hospital,meanwhile EMR (Electronic Medical Record System) plays an increasingly important role in improving the ef iciency and quality of hospital staf and services. For the problem of information silos in hospital and between dif erent hospitals (especial y smal and medium hospitals are dif icult to reconstruct information system because of being lacking in funds), this paper presents developing a new electronic medical records (EMR) system based on regional medical and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture). The system architecture is mainly composed of electronic medical records and clinical data center.And it can improve the ef iciency of hospital information systems, and provide an implementation model for regional medical implementation.关键词
