Abstract
Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical and pathological characteristics of uterine cervix adenocarcinoma with cervical intraepithelial neoplasis,as wel as the expression of protein P16 and Ki-67 in cervical adenocarcinoma tissues and CIN. Methods 4 cases of uterine cervix adenocarcinoma with CIN were examined by liquid based cytology,histological and the immunohistochemistry,and the pertinent literatures were reviewed.Results 4 cases of uterine cervix adenocarcinoma with CIN al existed in middle-aged women and the liquid based cytology examination found out the atypical sex gland epithelial cel s (AGC)with high grade squarmous intraeptithelial neoplasia(HSIL).3 cases of cervical biopsy show uterine cervix adenocarcinoma with CIN3, and only 1 case was the uterine cervix adenocarcinoma with early invasive squamous carcinoma.Immunohistochemical testing show the expression of protein P16 and Ki-67 in diseased tissues were positive.Conclusion Uterine cervix adenocarcinoma with CIN is a rare cervical malignant tumor,and the liquid based cytology examination can help find the cervical tumours early. Protein P16 and Ki-67 can make a definite diagnosis of cervical tomours.关键词
