Abstract
Objective Through the detection of anti-Mul erian hormone and fol icle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, estradiol, comparison analysis, to explore the application value of AMH in the infertility.Methods The detection of LH, FSH, E2 in ADVIA Centaur XP on the instrument by direct chemiluminescence method, then ELISA method was used to determine AMH, final y the index regression analysis using EXCEL software linear.Results ①According to the manufacturer to provide the AMH reference values. It can be concluded that in the specimens of FSH, LH, E2 is particularly high for 39 cases of infertility in women of childbearing age, 38 cases are in the age of the reference range, only 1 case above the reference range, but in a dif erent age range below the median age of 30 patients, there are 90.9%of the patients with AMH concentrations far below reference range gives the median concentration. ② according to the regression analysis of LH, FSH, E2 and LH, FSH, AMH linear, E2 and AMH had no direct linear relationship. ③LH/FSH a certain degree of positive cor elation.Conclusion According to the kit in the reference range of AMH shows that, in 39 cases of infertility in women of childbearing age FSH, LH, E2 special high specimens, 38 cases were in the reference range of the age, only 1 cases of more than the reference range, but in dif erent age range is less than 30 of patients with a median age of the patients, there are with the concentration of AMH 90.9%is far below the median concentration reference range is given.Therefore, on the one hand, according to the concentration of AMH in dif erent age groups of women of childbearing age is low or abnormal to assess their fertility to a certain extent, on the other hand, the establishment of the reference range of AMH, can reduce the age range, in order to facilitate the screening of abnormal AMH in patients with a certain age. Also, according to the regression analysis of LH, FSH, E2 and AMH, FSH, E2 linear, LH and AMH had no linear relationship too big, which may be related to LH, FSH, E2 during the menstrual cycle fluctuated greatly, col ected specimens for dif erent age groups, but the concentration of AMH wil be influenced by the age . In addition, there are related articles that, after age adjusted odds ratio and AMH LH/FSH were related. This test is positively related to LH/FSH, the ratio of LH/FSH is a useful and reliable assessment of ovarian reserve function index, and can be applied to clinical evaluation and AMH. So AMH can be applied to infertility in a certain degree.According to the dif erent ages of women of childbearing age in the concentrations of AMH in the age is low or abnormal y increased to assess its ability to reproduce in a certain extent, and through further study of more segments of dif erent ages of women AMH expression, and the establishment of appropriate cor esponding reference intervals.
