摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigation of quality of life in patients with digestive tract malignant tumor with chemotherapy. Methods Randomly selected 200 cases patients with digestive tract malignant tumor with chemotherapy as the research object, quality of life of cancer patients with a core scale (EORTC QLQ-C30) was used to measure the quality of life on the patients, t test was used to compare the dif erence between the survival quality score. Results Compared with EORTC, the score of digestive tract malignant tumor patients with EORTC QLQ-C30 quality of life scale of the dimension of the reference values of the results showed that:the function, physical function, role function, cognitive function score is higher than the reference value ( <0.05);symptoms, fatigue score lower than the reference value ( <0.05);single entry, dyspnea and loss of appetite/loss scores were lower than the reference value ( <0.05), sleep disorders and economic dif iculties score higher than the reference value ( <0.05);while there was no significant dif erence between the overal health, emotional function, social function, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, pain scores and the scores of the reference value ( >0.05). Conclusion The quality of life in patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract is general y low, and the medical workers should improve their quality of life by positive coping measures.关键词
