2013~2014年上饶市乙型流感病毒HA1基因特性分析
Analysis of 2013~2014 Gene of Influenza Virus HA1 in Shangrao City
摘要
Abstract
Objective To characterize HA1gene of influenza B virus circulated in 2013 through 2014 in Shangrao city.Methods Influenza B virus were isolated with MDCK cel s during May2013-April2014,extracted RNA.HA genes of influenza B viruses were amplifide by RT-PCR and virion RNA products were purified and nucleotied sequences of HA1 gene were analyzed and deduced to determine the ino acid sequences.Final y the characterization was analyzed by DNAStar5.0 and MEGA4.0.Results Yamagata was only popular B flu viruse during 2013~2014 in Shangrao.Analyzed by software that compared with B/Massachuset s/02/2012,the viruses had 11~14 am ino acids substitution,including four variation were distributed in its epitopes 120 ring,160 ring and 190 ring. Conclusion The genetic characteristics of influenza B viruses had changed during 2013~2014 in Shangrao,so when the waccine strains can not protect them,leading to the city stil occured subtype of influenza B Yamagata virus epidemic.关键词
