摘要
Abstract
Objective Discussion multi section joint during pregnancy, the selection of our department in January 2014 to 2015 years 3 months in gynecology clinic cards to produce the 2537 primiparous women were seized and divided for two groups for reduction in the ef ect of the rate of cesarean section primipara. Methods Treatment group given multi section joint during lectures, books of prenatal care was given to the control group, two groups were normal production inspection and health care. The dif erences were observed in the two groups of primiparae cesarean section. Results The cesarean section rate was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (<0.05 P), and the amount of bleeding in the treatment group was significantly bet er than that in the control group. Conclusion The multi department joint during pregnancy primipara significantly decreased, the rate of cesarean section after childbirth, less bleeding, shorter hospitalization time.关键词
