Abstract
Objective To investigate the laparoscopy combined with tubal infertility clinical ef icacy.Methods 120 cases of tubal infertility, and surgery using laparoscopy to inspect, diagnose, and based on specific performance intraoperative situation, be dif erent surgical methods for treatment, to be fol owed up after surgery. Results 120 patients found lesions in the fal opian tube 220, surgical recanalization rate was 72.0%;tubal ampul a, umbrel a obstruction after recanalization rate was 91.7%, significantly higher than the other two locations tubal recanalization rate ( <0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with tubal infertility have a definite ef ect, can significantly improve patients' tubal patency rate, intrauterine pregnancy rate, do positive clinical application.关键词
