Abstract
Objective Explore the ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical lymph node tuberculosis in application value.Methods 78 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed the ultrasonographic of the neck lymphatic tuberculosis patients .Results Display lesions of the neck lymphatic tuberculosis mostly scat ered clouds, beaded ar angement or fusion, no rules, more good hair on the outside of the neck, along the great vessels.Two-dimensional ultrasound is characterized by no echo , low echoor mixed echo nodules, color doppler performance gate of lymph nodes and the surrounding ground and blood flow signal.Conclusion The neck lymphatic tuberculosis has certain characteristic on sonograms, and the sensitivity and specificity were superior to other imaging and clinical examination, can be used as the prefer ed method in the diagnosis of lymphoid tuberculosis.关键词
